KHAO CHAE: THE SYMPHONY OF THAI SUMMER DELICACY

Nara Thai Cuisine launched its summer campaign, “Khao Chae Nara: The Symphony of Thai Summer Delicacy,” at Erawan Bangkok, celebrating the traditional dish Khao Chae. The event, aiming to highlight Thai food as a key cultural export, welcomed top executives, celebrities, and Tourism Authority of Thailand Governor Thapani Kiattrakulpaisarn. In honor of International Women’s Month, influential women and stars gathered for a VIP tasting. This year’s Khao Chae features premium organic Jasmine rice from Siri Thai, paired with over 10 traditional side dishes, reaffirming Nara’s mission to preserve and promote Thai culinary heritage.

The guests were unanimous in their praise: “Exceptional, delicious taste… good for the heart and for health.” A return visit is certainly on the horizon for these khao chae enthusiasts. It was a truly memorable occasion for all—especially for Nara co-founders Yuki Srikarnchana and Jean Sirisopa Chulasewok, who were seen warmly engaging with VIP guests and graciously receiving compliments with heartfelt smiles.
